Need Help. Unidentified freehub on a Nashbar Fatbike

I purchased a Nashbar fatbike a few years ago (#NB-AFAT). The freehub is kaput. It "slips" and the "ratchet" doesn't engage anymore. I live in Quebec, Canada where the temperature is frequently below 0 degF. So at first I thought the grease was too thick in colder weather and prevented the "ratchet" to work effectively. But now even at room temperature the problem remains. Nashbar having bankrupted; the new owner doesn't have the technical specs of those bikes anymore. Does anyone know what would be a replacement freehub ? Or can anyone identify what is this freehub ? Thanks folks.

Definitely try soaking it in something. Many years ago I had a Shimano 105 6sp freehub start "freewheeling" in both directions in cold weather. I sprayed WD-40 in it and it started working again.

Yep, you guys are not the only ones to suggest this. I flushed the freehub with chain lube and plan to soak it in oil, and it seems to "engage" well this morning; although not re-installed onto wheel with full force applied. Thank you !!
