If it's as clean as it looks, this is a good deal. I gave more for my Tempo frameset and built it into one of my favorite bikes.

The paint is definitely in "rider" condition. No bad damage though.

I've ridden with Joel and this bike. It is a sharp looker. In fact we raced up the mountain together (sort of) on our two red vintage steel Schwinns.
