It has arrived!
I was worried it had gone astray, but - no. It was waiting for me in my doorstep.
And here’s the reveal -
I am pushed for time so later tonight I will explore the BOC for goodies. It’s a better batch than the last time I played, though how much I can use is in question. Oddly enough, I think I have matches for some orphans in here …

Here’s the haul, such as it is -
Not shown are a couple of borked items I removed to add more useful bits, including lots of small hardware items of types not present. The calipers match (sort of) some orphans in my stash, and it is hoped that the internals in the Normandy Sport hub will prove better than those in a wheelset currently awaiting reconditioning. The Simplex skewer will wind up on my favorite beater Gitane TdF fixed conversion.
There WERE some cool things in there, but nothing I can use, honestly. Oh, well, sometimes it’s the Box O’ Crap and other times it’s the Boxed Crapshoot.

Having never played with this crap before, I was completely surprised at the quantity in the box. Lots of interesting pieces and I was worried that I would not be able to fit it all back in the box. The current list ends with me, so I believe the CrapMaster is looking for more players.

The last recipient has now gotten the Exalted Box O' Crap and this session of the game will officially be over. The BOC shall come back here to middle Indiana and go into cold storage until we we have at least twelve players sign up to play. When I say cold storage it is literal because it will be stored here in frigid Indiana in the winter months. Once again please sign up to play the game if you are interested. This thread has been going for a long time. I used to follow it for a time. In the days I traveled back to the states a time or two per year. Those days are gone, as are the days when I would have any use for more bicycle crap.

I'm enjoying this vicariously. At this point, I'm doing my best to save money in most aspects of my life, and I don't wrench on bikes as much as I used to. Eventually, it's likely I'll get back in.
Yooze are lucky an old Viscount death fork won't fit in the box. MH, I missed a chance to install that fork you sent me, or rather, the bike coop was closed on the day I showed up. I'm not sure when I'll be able to go again. But thank you very much for your generosity.

That death fork will fit into the box if you do the right thing and cut it into about five pieces. I think the best thing the death fork can be used for is a bottle opener with some modification to the dropout to create a hook on the trailing side. Keep trying to get in and do the upgrade to the fork for the sake of your dental health. Smiles, CrapMaster Honk

I'm saying the distance from the fork crown to the fork tip is reduced. The steerer tube length looks adequate.
