Like to venture into the dark side, sortof a rebel, investigate that which is not well known, to go outside the bounds, plus have an affinity for crawling into and clinging upon a rope as enter damp, dark, dangerous holes under the surface that are filled with mixture of mucky messy mud and guano...

Mine came from the password I used when I ran a MUD, ages ago. I couldn't think of a good handle, so just slapped that in, called it done.

Mine's a weird one. I was a college pole vaulter . . . we used to often walk on our hands to develop upper body strength. I was walking across the gym on my hands one day and the coach said I looked like a monkey. I then became "Monk" to everyone. Some guys never knew my real name.

My real name is Alexander. My sister is a year and a half younger than me. when we were very small (knee-high to a grasshopper), she couldn't pronounce my name properly. Al-lex-zan-der... she just called me "Zander" or "Zan"

my dad followed suit. it's normal. "Zan" is pretty unique, too .

My wife and Grandchildren gave me mine, when I was looking for a personal license plate for my motorcycle. WNDERR (six figure limit) They said I was always out wandering around on my motorcycle, and it just kind of stuck.

Fortunately, Dion wrote a song for me, and my wife's name really is Janie!

It goes without saying that I have that song on tape, usually in the tape player on my motorcycle!

Mine has nothing to do with biking. It's one I use for other forums and I prefer to keep things simple with single ids. So - I live in South Dakota, enjoy astronomy, and am a guy.

Mine is from driving a yard truck around the lot all day moving semi trailers. The truck used for that is called the Yard Dog. The truckers coming in with their trailers would call me Yardmutt on the CB radio and ask me where I wanted them to put their trailer. So Yardmutt has stuck with me for quite a few years now.

i have a vintage motorcycle restoration hobby, I'm in Texas.

The name carries over from forums and groups for that, and it fits since I like vintage bicycles as well. I've pretty much been txvintage when online for nearly a decade.

Twiggy, nickname I've had for years for being thin.

The _D part is just the first part of my usual longer username, for when Twiggy is already taken. But thought people might scream "you can't say that, it's offensive"
