Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Home town news: Bank robber escapes on bike.

August 28, 2007

KEENE, N.H. -- Police in Keene, NH are looking for a bank robber who made his escape on a bicycle.

A man wearing a camouflaged facemask and carrying a handgun hit a TD Banknorth branch yesterday afternoon. He got away with cash. No one was hurt.
------

There's a bike path right near this bank, so his plan makes sense. But I really want to know what kind of bike he was riding. If you have more than one bike, which one would you use to rob a bank, and why?
