I had my bars and stem clamp stolen so I ended up getting a new stem and bars, both of which were bigger (went from a 80mm stem to a 100 and 38mm wide bars to 40mm). 40s seemed way wider for me but I'm still splitting traffic just fine and I was able to adapt pretty quickly. The stem I think is slightly long for me but nevertheless since I took this photo I slammed the stem. I figure I'll just get used to it, even with my stem up a spacer my position is pretty aggressive even when I'm riding on the tops but I have pretty long arms and legs so reach isn't too much a problem. I do think I should get a slightly larger frame since my seatpost is stupid high at the moment, and yes, my saddle angle was pretty crazy, my bolt was stripped a bit and my friend had my allen keys, it's fixed now. Also set up a pedalroom in case anyone wants some more specs; "Bill" - Pedal Room

I actually ditched the skinwalls. the black knobbies make the bike look so much better imo. skinwalls make just about anything look good, but they clashed with the frame color.
besides, I like being able to hit a gravel or muddy road if I want!
here it is during my 30mi ride yesterday.

it's 42/17. since it's a ss cyclocross bike, it comes geared as such. I think with the tires (which measure out at 36.8mm on these rims) it's around 68gear inches. for commuting daily the ratio is fine. it's not the fastest bike, but that's what gears are for.
