What's with all these Juneteenth birthdays? I am 67 today and celebrating by having our club Weds. night ride from my house. Pizza and beer to follow. Happy Birthday to all. Today is also the birthday of another of the Weds. night riders. Hope everyone has fun.

They have some nerve putting a holiday on our birthdays!

Yesterday the library had its 40/90 birthday party. The current building opened in 1973 for the 40. It replaced the old building which had been a library since 1923 for the 90. Magician, musicians, a balloon lady, and hundreds and hundreds of cupcakes. Not to mention visiting dignitaries (Read: Upper management from downtown and some politicians.)

Tomorrow we celebrate staff birthdays for June.

Happy Birthday Lenny, pretty slick posting for tsl's day and not letting on, I need to check the birthdays on the forum portal more often.

Congrats! Chug down those Geritol/Cialis/Metamucil shots, and go out and paint the town... I'm not sure I want to see what color, after THAT cocktail!

Have a healthy happy CRANKY OLD BIRTHDAY!

A sincere Thank You to all.

After an enjoyable work day my wife took me out to dinner, and our daughters called me from Navy Pier.

They are vacationing together for a week, their annual "Sister's Week". One lives in L.A., one in N.Y.C., and one in Chicago. The best Fathers day and Birthday present a man could ask for is his kids all unconditionally loving each other and cherishing their time together.

Cranky has had a great week!!
