In all seriousness, something cheap and sturdy and easy to dismount sounds like a good idea, especially when initially trying the idea.

Unclear if it's better to attach the traces to the bike or hold them, seems like there are downsides either way.

Thanks for the advice for those who have it. I know it's pretty unheard of but bikejoring is a competitive sport and common in dog sport circles. I have a pretty comprehensive list of what other gear I need/have, but was stumped on bikes.

I have Australian Shepherds
