Campy crank with Shimano everything else

Hello,
I was wondering how say a Campy crank would work with shimano everything else. If it were possible, would there be a difference between 10speed Campy and 9 speed? Thanks in advance

If you already have the stuff, try it. If you don't own it, I wouldn't make the purchases; Shimano shifter's cable pull amount and front derailleur throw are the finicky part of the equation. As has been typed here countless times, Ergo can shift any chainrings and Fder.

Campy uses a square-tapered BB, incompatible with Shimano. Other than that, it works.

0.1mm spacing between chainrings.

A campy crank with correct BB works with a shimano drivetrain. 9/10 doesn't matter. It's more marketing than meaningful difference.
