A little help - measurement on a Rush Hour

I'm hoping someone can give me a little help. I've ordered a Rush Hour, and I'd like to get some accessories ordered while I'm waiting for it. I'm going to need a WB cage for my commute, and to order the Zefal Gizmos I want to attach it with, I need to know the circumference of the downtube.

If someone out there has a Rush Hour, and if they could measure the downtube for me, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!
