Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

In army bootcamp we sent all our laundry to be cleaned and then we would get it back and sort through it, reading the stencils until we got our stuff to the right place. Every week we would have the skids of the week and the worst skidmarks would get hung up.

Guess u had to be there.

Had that in air force bootcamp too. Chances are, if you had skidmarks, you didn't do your laundry after a few weeks, because the tainted undies made it out of the rotation after a while.
