Seatpost replacement for Dahon Boardwalk

Forgive me if this is a rehash but my search didn't help.

My stock saddle on my Boardwalk is one of those cheapies that attaches to the seat post hole and is adjusted for level with two opposing nuts. It won't hold a level for me and it's truly irritating. Plus I feel like I want more setback but that's a minor issue.

Am I limited to The Kore I-Beam post if I want to get a post that will accept a saddle with rails (and maybe a little less bulk)? Is the seatpost diameter and length consistent through the Dahon line?

Thanks.

seatpost diameter for most recent 20" dahons are 34mm

Kore I-beam uses a proprietary system that uses an I-beam rail, not the standard pair of hollow rails.

canecreek and biologic seatposts work with the standard pair of rails.

check thorusa, they have a wide selection of seatposts for dahons.

I bought a Dahon Biologic suspension seatpost from Thor for my Boardwalk. Huge improvement over the stock seatpost. It will accept standard saddles and you can adjust the angle of the saddle easily.
