Quick Release Option for thin seat post

Is there such thing as a quick release option for a seatpost this skinny? Multiple riders get on this tandem bike and a quick release would help a lot.

You can probably get any universal seatpost QR to work if the skewer is the right length.

But before you do, reposition the clamp lower, so it's entirely on the seat tube (including the upper lip which has slipped off. I f you look at the photo, you'll see that the clamp is closed onto itself, so the inner edges are touching. That means it cannot close farther and clamp the tube against the post effectively.

What is the outside diameter of the seat tube? seatpost clamps are readily available in 28.6, 31.8, and 34.9 mm. If your seat tube is a different size there are skewers made to replace the nut and bolt.
