WTB: Matching 700c and 650c Clincher rims.
Is this even possible to find a 700c Mavic and a matching Mavic 650c rim? (Doesn't have to be Mavic)
I'm thinking this would be the most difficult part of the Krono TT build.
Plus I needed to post this before my subscription ends.
Let me know what you guys/gals have. Much thanks in advance.

Might be easier to buy matching Velocity A23's. Velocity website sells them directly, multiple finishes & drillings available too.

It was an option I had in mind going with Velocity bdark anodized deep V nonmachined 700/650 rims but theyre a bit pricey.
Trying my luck here first before committing to the Velocity rims.

Do you build your wheels yourself?

I'd like to offer to build your wheels at below market rate. But shipping could make this a bad deal. Let me know if that makes any sense.

The wheel building cost at my LBS isnt the issue. The challenge is finding matching rim brands to make a 700/650c wheelset.
And the Velocity rim prices are a bit high.

Oops.
My posting re Velocity A23's may not be accurate. They sell both as 700c and 650b.
Not sure about 650c, which is a different size than 650b.

Given the similarity in appearance, one of those Velocity 650c's should match up well with 2 or 3 Velocity models.
Best of luck with your project.
