The Columbus sticker for you Ochsner is under the cycle shop sticker near the BB. I have a pair of them here in Bloomington, and both had the Aele sticker just above the bottom bracket. And again I'll shamelessly mention I have the 59 cm up for sale or trade in the: frame doesn't fit pass around thread.

Added pics discovered on the interwebz. Royal cycles made in Switzerland with Wrangler apparel brand. These bikes are likely from 1982 when they sponsored a Swiss team and riding the steel horse to general consumer market. Not the Columbus SL tubed 'Super Record' model.
