FS: 60's/70's 55cm Frejus Frameset
For sale is is what I believe is a late 60's/early 70's Frejus frameset. I purchased this a while back from the second owner as a project for my wife, but other things are in the wings. The frame is in good condition with no dents, bends etc. The paint, which looks to be original as far as I can tell, is rough. It looks like one of the two previous owners tried scraping the decals off with something that took the paint with it, so there is significant scuffing along the downtube, seat tube and the head tube where the head badge would be. It would be a great candidate for a full restore, or build it and ride as is without concern for the paint! Top tube is 55cm ctc and the seat tube is 54cm ctc, 55cm ctt. Asking $175 shipped CONUS as pictured, with Campagnolo Record headset.

Gravel for that beauty? Sure, but I hope it goes to a roadie.
OK. OK. Maybe the Italian roads weren't all that great in the '60s.

Sold!
For what it's worth, it is equally suited for road and gravel, great tire clearance, comfortable geometry etc. etc.
