I simply bought a 2nd mount for the 1 'grateful red' I own,

1 on the saddle bag on my winter bike, lights go in pocket to keep batteries warm when not being used.

2nd one I fixed to a B&M saddle rail clip ,

so on the summer bike it goes on what bike I happen to be riding..

[Wire ties saved from Corded things bought , keep lights from slipping off things ,
like rear bags with webbing strips..

Cool initiative.

Bag loops are more useless...as all they do is focus the brightest portion of the beam at your tire or the ground.
I got my LBS to set up an account with peter white cycles, so they get stuff for me and no shipping,
thay cover that in the ,markup difference.

adding a stiffener inside a bag can make the place you clip the light perpendicular to the ground..

I used some stainless rack strut, stitched to the flap of my Carradura Saddle bag to do that.

However, the rack itself has a single mounting hole for a reflector or something in the center rear of the rack's frame.

So I'm looking for a screw-mounted light (or reflector) with a single center screw. So far my search has turned up nothing.

Does anyone know of something commercially available that would meet my needs?

The closest thing I've been able to find is this reflector that has two mounting screws, not one in the center:

Florida law says that you have to have both a rear lamp and a reflector if you ride at night. There are very few rear bicycle lights that meet both requirements. Cateye Reflex and Portland Design Works Radbot both have reflectors built in. All the other lights have Fresnel lenses but they don’t have the type of reflector required by law.

I think the Reflex will attach directly to any reflector bracket but the Radbot doesn’t. You can use a Planet Bike light mount for both with a reflector mount.

I know all this because Colorado law requires only the rear reflector. Finding a light that incorporates both the required (useless) reflector and a light is difficult to find.

Might try hunting down an importer next.

Rack is a Tubus Cosmo. I had an OEM official 50/80mm plastic clip mounting for my NiteRider taillights one was a Solas 100 the other a Sentinel 150)...lost both of them--the clip-lights just vibrated out over rough surfaces over a ride. Clips just didn't hold enough for vibration to not do its thing.

Giving a Cygolight Hotrod 50 a go.--strapping it around the Tubus light-mount-plate.

FWIW, a tourist's bike with a Thorn bike & rear rack , had rigged up
both a steady on Schmidt tail light,
And a USB internal battery blinking tail light,
with a wire running up to their top of the stem dynamo hub powered
USB converter,

to top off the battery in the rear blinky light as they rode...
