Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Cohutta Death March

Has anyone here done the Cohutta Death March?

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.mtbproject.com/trail/7041330/cohutta-death-march&ved=2ahUKEwjxnLX8q6uBAxVgOEQIHfUfAdkQFnoECBEQAQ&usg=AOvVaw3uTSTJNrOSjxsEaz3ilDVd

I'd like to ride this, but was wondering if anyone had a list of what they packed due to the remote nature of the route. It is definitely a self-supported ride!

I've done it at least twice. If you start from Jack's River you can ride 3 miles down to Cisco and stop at the store at mile 41. Otherwise, take what you need, there's a lot of climbing.
Definitely gonna bring lots of water and a water filter. How about bear spray?
