previous employer offered to get me a locker but I was happy with the boiler room. maybe a locker would work at home?

I have 24"x12'x6' plastic storage box on a shelve in my closet where I put my current weather gears. Gears for opposite season is also in another storage box (with cover so it can be stacked with other stuff) stored away on the top shelves on the closet.

IKEA also makes smaller wardrobe cabinets with shelves that will hold helmets, panniers, jerseys etc.

Why would one want to store dirty apparel (shoes especially near where they sleep?)

Do you not have a shoes of inside the house policy in general? Do you not wear Hausschuhe ("house shoes") inside at all times?

This seems to be a very strange thread.
