Annual 20% off sale at Aerotechdesigns

I am not associated with ATD and receive no compensation for this endorsement (I wish I did). I simply have used their shorts & bibs for ~15 years now and can attest that they make an excellent product at low price, made in the USA, usually from USA-produced textiles. ATD makes their own brand in PA plus several other more expensive brands.

I mostly use one short, which is their most popular, the men's Pro bike short. This short has a somewhat breathable lightweight chamois. It is actually one of ATD's least expensive shorts , but as durable as any short I've tried. ATD also makes touring-specific shorts, MTB shorts, urban shorts, jerseys etc. I've not tried them, I usually wear Pro shorts and ANSI hi-vis polyester tees from Walmart/Amazon etc.

Once a year ATD has a 20% off sale, of which I'm notified by email subscription, sale lasts 4 days and today is day 1. Free shipping if total >$50, I think that's the threshold. Coupon code=shortsale.

Although I have access to top shelf cycling apparel at the shop, I am interested in picking up a pair of the Premeire Shorts as they seem to fit in the mainstream of shorts we sell and I want to know just how well they stack up.

Anyone have experience with this model from Areotech?

They seem to have so many different shorts that it is hard to determine the differences and which would best suit me.

I ended up buying a Top Shelf short, along with a sample pack of Chamois Buttr, $40 total shipped to me after the 20% discount. I've ridden in them 5X so far and I'm happy with the choice. Top Shelf has more spandex content than the Pro short linked in #1 , so for a given size they fit & feel tighter, even though the specified dimensions are identical. It's as fancy a short as I need, and a great value.

I ordered another pair with top shelf chamois. I already had two pair. This pair was in a titanium color. I also ordered some of these https://www.aerotechdesigns.com/mens...ke-shorts.html They have a heavier chamois. I have yet to use them. I realized, after I had been singing the praises of Aerotech on their Facebook group, that I'd forgotten to enter my discount code. I mentioned it to them an they happily credited my card. Good folks and a good company.
