Motobecane Grand Touring Commuter

Just snagged the Moto and judging by the searches here it seems like I have myself a solid commuter to work with. I'm going to have the LBS tune and swap the current rear hub onto a 700c set I have. Wondering how this rides with a load up front so I ca can figure out racks/bags for the ride.
