Do I Violent the price of Bike friday if I add racks and baskets?
Greetings,
My bike is road bike in BF, the PR type. My initial idea for selecting bike is for groceries, but ultimately I got a road sport bike.
It's not as small as I thought when I fold it and squeeze it into my compact SUV, the folding shape it not very satisfying. So I consider whether add more accessories like rack and side baskets will violent the folding actions, or even make it performance worse.
For the economy consideration, there are 2 options:
1. Buy a trovay, which costs $199, and need to buy market bags or transition bags extra. No impact on the folding performance.
2.Buy rack and sidebaskets separately, both add up to $70, may reflect on the performance.
Any suggestions?

Buy the Trovay if it is built for the purpose you want. If you having problems with the bike you have now, the problem may get worse.
