I'm with you, those old F1 bikes are so cool. I'd probably leave it as it is though.

The guy has been trying to get rid of the R J Quinn for more then a year now (I posted it some time last year). I finally contracted him - just about the geometry (I don't need another race frame). It looks cool. If I didn't already have like 6 frames waiting to be built, I would go for it. He doesn't ship of course. I could be talked into helping out, but I would be slow - not a lot of free time.

^The seven-twelve looks like even larger than 60cm, I'd guess more like 62/63cm. That's one long head tube...although I'd love to see it, looks like in perfect riding condition. The price is a little high, would think $100 less.

Yeah, I would guess that's right around 62cm. Way high price tag for a 712, but I'm not familiar with the San Fran market values. It's a looker though.

They also came in a 63cm, so maybe that is the one. I bet he gets $300 for it.

[h=2] Titanium Litespeed Unicoi - $650 (Kennett Square)[/h]
2000 Litespeed Unicoi softtail Titanium Mountain Bike. Size 16.5

Rear softtail design has a short travel (1"?) coil spring in the rear, but no pivots. Gives just enough movement to take the bite off of rough trails, without adding much weight or moving parts.

DT Swiss Hubs
Chris King Headset
26" Mavic disc wheels (one spoke hole ripped out in rear)
Magura Rond Quake Fork (Older oil/coil fork functions but leaks some oil)
XT/LX drivetrain
Avid Cable Disc Brakes
Can include SPD pedals if desired

This bike is fun to ride, and lightweight. I am selling because i have too many bikes.

Contact me to take a look. I can also arrange to meet up during the day in the Paoli/King of Prussia Area.

Neato!

Met a guy at the Theodore Worth trail that has one of these.

Also, his buddy has a vintage mtb collection that I get to see tomorrow.

He's pretty interested in my Park Pre, Miyata and Specialized mtbs.

Most of these vintage mtbs are going for dirt cheap locally and they are a hoot.

Most just need a fast tune and modern tires.

Especially if they don't have leaky shocks or worn bushings.

Fun, fun stuff.
