Lawnmower battery in a pinch?

One of my batteries in my battery pack (3x12v) died. It's under warrenty so I'm sending it back to the company. Until I can get that back or until I get another battery, can I use a riding lawnmower battery?

You could in a pinch. I just wouldn't discharge it too deeply though. Also, these are usually "flooded" lead batteries so be careful of the battery acid.
