Yes. And it could be the alignment of the bike. If the bike is out of line, crabbing sideways, you will use body English to keep it going straight. Body English will be applied with the feet as well as every other place you contact the bike.

I said 'could'. No way to know from here if this is correct. I have seen this one before and yes, it happens. You need a basic, real basic, allgnment check. The kind a mechanic does with eyeballs in thirty seconds. If an eyeball check finds nothing suspicious disregard this comment. Every bike is at least a little bit off, small stuff isn't causing your problem.
