Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

There were no really comfortable bibs in that era. You rode an a$$ hatchet on 17mm tires and you liked it, damnit!

If by comfortable you mean a cut suitable for a Clyde, you don't need a team kit. Other than that, I have nothing useful to add.

Aliexpress has a lot of those retro kits, I was thinking of getting an old Mapei kit (funny how garish colors are back in style again). Of course they are all counterfeit, so make your own moral judgment on purchasing!

If you are size Large, there's one on ebay.

My brother bought me a US Postal kit from Aliexpress, but the thing is that the bib isn't squishy enough and in the end of rides my ass hurts a bit.
I have an entry level saddle tho

Yeah I saw that one but I wanted the one that Robbie Mc Ewen was rocking in 2004, thanks for your time tho

I just like to represent teams I liked when I was younger. When I look down and see my us postal bib sometimes it motivates me a little bit
