In April of 2017 when this thread was started 'Big Red' was not on our radar. We got her in August of 2017. I got another USS recumbent at the same time and learned to ride bent on that. New Years Day 2018 was our first ride together on 'B.R.' and it was a pretty short one. For us it does NOT work for the Stoker to be the landing gear. At 5'10" and 5'6" respectively we are both at the bottom end of rider size that can fit comfortably on this tandem.
