Hey guys/gals,

I have a 2019 Cannondale Synapse Disc. Love the bike, it slots Into the endurance category.

I’m looking to get a Carbon Wheel Set or just a Carbon front or rear to start out.

I don’t know an airplane from a bird when it comes to bikes .. or air travel..

I don’t have a huge budget... what should I look at getting?

why are you looking? if you think buying a single wheel is going to make a difference you have a lot of research to be doing before you spend your money. the differences between most decent alloy wheels and carbons that weigh nearly the same is challenging to appreciate even if you spend $2K on a carbon wheelset.

Tight fitting clothes, aero helmet, lower position by flipping stem and removing spacers, good tires

If you're still running the stock tires they are hot garbage, you can improve a lot with good tires

My budget is around $1k right now to optimize my bike.

i have an aero helmet, tight fitting riding gear, clip in shoes...

Right now shipping is very slow from the global warehouse, but everything out of China is taking forever right now.
