Sorry, this isn't with my C&V ride, but the only person I have to ride with who can take a picture rides a Trek hybrid so I take my roadster-style bike on our rides instead of my Tempo. This is from our ride this morning.

Here's my son (5yo at the time) and I, on a charity ride called Cranksgiving, last year. I'm rocking the non-C&V on my departed Sampson Z7 Ti.

^ I love that T-shirt - where can I get one (I'll be in AZ for the first year after I retire from the USN, so it will be appropriate for me then)?

What size do you wear? The Night Riders is a local (Fort Worth) riding group. They have a few of those left but I don't know what size. If you're interested I can let you know when they do another printing (but will probably be a different design); we've been talking about something like the one Juan is wearing (the guy on the left with the skull):

Newest addition to my stable, still needs the paint squared away, but a sweet DIY ultimuter! Alfine 11 and Versa 11's, Alfine dynamo hub, Started life as a track frame, now IGH with BB7 disk brakes. Other goodies too!

A real fast way to get back in shape... Pedicabbing in Austin last summer.

This is how I keep sane at work-lunchtime ride at some trails close to my office.

Either a medium or large would suit me just fine - thank you

I already have enough trouble keeping my speed low enough on the Kensington so I don't lose her, no way am I going to try it on the T! Besides, the slow rides are good for me. I have a bad habit of going out for "recovery rides" and then ending up hammering as fast as I can. These 6-8 mph rambles keep me from doing that.

When my roadie BFF comes up for a visit I'll get a pic with the Tempo - I'll even wear my matching jersey.

He's a great little pedal-er...he's done 45 miles on the trail-a-bike.

He's 6 1/2 now and I just picked him up a Trek KDR roadbike...he's not quite there yet, but should be ready in the spring.

My daughter likes her vintage Raleigh 20 and we had a great time last Sunday in SW Portland when we joined the Sunday Parkways Ride.

Ah pets, unconditionally devoted companions. Here are a few of my two darlings...sisters Cicciolina and Pulcina. The first two shots are of the former, the most gentle and demure feline on Earth. Last two are of Pulcina, the little trouble maker. I discovered why my water always tasted funny after I leave the room!

Looking at this thread, I realized I have lots of pics of my bikes, but none with me on any of them... I did manage to find a couple of pics with me with some bikes taken by my wife this summer.

This was taken after about 60km of riding the Gatineau hills with a short detour stop along the Ottawa River on our side before heading home. The wife wanted to get some pictures of the statues there, and despite having been riding up hills for hours, I obliged as long as I could sit down and have a smoke. I was actually in fairly good spirits even though I'd been riding for hours, and what was left of my water was 40C. In the foreground is my wife's Tribal, I'm leaning in blissful exhaustive pain on my 1990 Miyata 1000LT... Possibly could be considered C&V.

Here's another shot where I'm having a smoke and not wishing to be photographed doing so, particularly with my bike, but hamming it up a bit anyway. I've blurred out the gesture for decency, but I'm sure you get the gist. I'm also in the process of cutting down and trying to quit smoking as it seems to be the largest hindrance to my riding speed.

For some reason the forum is adding this double of the previous photo. I dunno why.

If our cats are fair game, here is Carl or Motocross Cat as he is known in the garage, when he helps with the wrenching

He has sat on the motorcycles we own since he was a 6 week old kitten and had to hop up in stages. A good nap on the seat always suits him after a hard wrench thrash. Bicycles are good too, just the seats are kind of narrow.
