XTR Bottom Bracket

Hi, I'm going to by a new M9100 crank and want to upgrade the to a XTR bottom bracket 68/73. I cant seem to find a M9100 bracket specifically. Is this right?
Shimano XTR BB-M980 XTR Bottom Bracket; English Thread Cups; 68 / 73 mm

Actually there seem to be two very similar versions for XTR BB
SM-BB93 or M980 ??? even more confused now.
