Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

No spaghetti squash in our Texas house. Brisket, ribs, pork butt, then we are talking.

I’m just a hobby builder. I build solid body electrics.

I know of him. The price notwithstanding, I’ve always admired Ervin Somogyi’s guitars. The craftsmanship goes into those is simply unbelievable.

My talents limit me to 3 figure guitars.

CN 6167 was moved a half kilometre to its new home in Guelph, Ontario's John Galt Park.

This ones for sale locally with about a 48.5" drive wheel, so I'm kinda tempted

the climbing wouldn't be so bad, depending on the hill... It's the descents that will get you on an Ordinary. Particularly as that one doesn't even have a spoon brake. Those handlebars look like a challenge as well. Most Ordinaries I've seen have the hand grips in line with the front forks (or just ahead of them).

Brr. Rest day today. That cold front is for real, and it stirred up allergens too.

Won't even ride outside until Saturday, when I can go later, and also be able to see if the glass on the way out is cleared. Someone else can win the pissing contest.
