I know three people who have them. All super-high mileage ultra-distance riders, and they say they like them a lot. I have also met people on brevets who have them and say they like them a lot too. I have never met someone who said they tried one and didn't like it, but that's much less likely to come up in conversation.

I love mine. Very comfy. I have a bushel basket of rejects to compare it to. Dont need padded shorts. Only downside is the. price. Still though, for me, worth it.

My wallet would have a bigger whole than that saddle. Butt if it was a comfortable saddle even for long rides may be worth it if you can afford

I still can't imagine it being any more comfortable than what I own. I prefer to have at least some of my weight on my sit bones. To have no weight at all on the sit bones doesn't seem comfortable to me.

I am comfortable for 70 mile days so I don't think I will be able to beat what I have. If anyone wishes to purchase one for me, I'll give it a try.

I've talked to at least one very high mileage rider with good things to say about his.

I would think that human nature dictates that if you inquire of anyone who shells out $400 for a bicycle seat what they think of it?...what do you think they're going to say?...but what blows my mind is?...

Whatever happened to the whole ideology behind measuring for and supporting the riders weight based on "Sit Bones"?...has that ideology been tossed in the trashcan in favor of supporting the riders weight via soft tissue?

I guess if you cut off the circulation once your bum goes numb it just might feel quite comfortable...now that you can't feel! LOL!

I would never buy a bicycle saddle from a company that calls it a "seat".

LOL, yeah I suppose a “thanks” is in order.

Guess I should’ve started out with a thread title like “Infinity Saddles Suck” and it would’ve gotten more replies.

Lol I'm just happy people are giving you feedback now. It's always good to hear about different products from people who have used them.

I have a Brooks B17.

Everyone I’ve talk to that has one gives it high praise as well. No need to exaggerate the opinion as you can send it back for a full refund if you’re not satisfied ...and they haven’t.

Everyone I know who has one, got it on sale. I don't currently see a discount on the site but if you're patient, it'll probably come up.

I've never heard of a complaint about the saddle.

Yes, the custom seats are non-refundable, but the normal 3 models ARE refundable before 30 days expires.

Bontrager has a very generous return policy. I was lucky and with my first one.

I was in the market for a new saddle a little over a year ago. My LBS has a try and buy program. I tried several saddles. Put them on, rode 10-15 miles, returned and tried a different one. Then i tried the Infinity. Within 3 seconds on it i knew it was not for me. I didn’t even make it one lap around the parking lot and i was heading back in to have them take it off. That thing poked me in places I was not comfortable being poked! I’m a super Clyde, so not sure if that has anything to do with it, but that seat was no where near as comfortable as i thought it would be.
