Hello,
I am a new member,aged 72 and retired for 12 years.
I have always ridden a bike but only for recreational and transport use,the recreational has never extended to mountains I`m afraid,so all very tame .Nevertheless I have had a lot of enjoyment from cycling over the years. The most enjoyable was when I took the bike with me and stayed at Grassington YHA,cycled one day and walked the next.I now mostly use the bike for local journeys to town and my allotment.
