So, is doping in pro cycling really getting better?

So in the wake of the Floyd Landis thing, what do you guys/gals think?

Is the sport rife with dopers that just know how to get away with it? Or is it really getting better?

If guys have to micro dose to beat the system the benefits are much less; increases the odds of clean guys winning. It's not great, but much better.
