sirrus elite vs sport carbon

Hey folks.
Decided to wait a year or 2 to get a Roubaix. Ill wait until the verdict is in on the future shock.
So, what do I do now? I figured ill get a hybred, so it will still have use to me down the road when I get a dedicated road bike.
I used to ride an fx 7.5, and I liked it alot. Im looking at the sirrus elite and sport carbon because I can get into hydraulic brakes, while it would cost alot more to do that with trek.
Its an extra 300 to get the sport in carbon. I think the elite has better components though.
What do you think?
