Apple watch three to monitor heart
Hi Guys
Anyone on here using an Apple watch to monitor heart rate?
Thinking it maybe a useful tool whilst also using Strava to monitor milage.
Cheers Phil

It's one of the reasons I got my Series 2, which does a fine job. I use Ride With GPS and the data is pulled into the app, but I can't speak to how it integrates with Strava. There's an ecosystem of apps that let you analyze the data over time, set alerts for abnormal heart rhythms etc.

Actually it works really well, got the cellular version.
So now I just take my watch out using Strava , tracks heart rate etc.
The other plus point is I just wear one thing rather than having to make sure three things have power. Other benefit is the wife can use find my friends on her iPhone to ensure I’m still on the move and safe and sound.
Mix in the heart rate with blood pressure readings and it should give a doc a good view of general health.
