Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

$160,000 Fixed Gear

Maybe an graphic design activity. maybe a test of people's intelligence.

Cue W.C. Fields.

How would you lock it? I guess you could technically just walk into the store you just showed up to, buy it, then shoe everyone out and lock your bike inside.

just how fast do you think they'd jack the parts, or at least strip the diamonds off if it's ever left out on the street.

When you are a billionaire, this is just another piece of art you hang on the wall. Pocket change. It certainly isn't a bicycle for the rest of us. Criticizing this bike is like criticizing a painting.

I'm going to wait until I see a used one on Craigslist. 100K is my absolute limit, including accessories.

First time you took it out for a test-ride, it would be poetic justice to get run over by a Lamborghini.

um, no... not at all. 330k will get you some damn fine paintings that won't depreciate in value. this bike isn't worth anything and never will be.
