Cheap power meater

The Limits cycling power meter may be the simplest, cheapest one yet

Around four hundred for an ant+ power meter with replaceable battery that goes between PEDAL and crank arm. WOW.

I've had fairly decent success with this one...but you can't beat this one, although a bit on the pricey side.:
