Some icky reduced-spoke wheels that look way out of place, and... uh.... some rust. Oh, maybe a replacement fork that wasn't cut; some spacers in the stack. Seems like the price is right, however.

I saw this one within an hour of its appearance on CL this morning and did not call. Actually, I'm surprised it didn't show up last Monday since I came home last Sunday with my new-to-me Nishiki Cresta GT and knew, absolutely knew in my bones, that '80s touring bikes in my size would start coming out of the woodwork immediately after my purchase. QED. Anyway, if I were single I'd own this bike by now but I also knew better than to suggest that we need another 30 year old touring bike in the house. Some people--who shall remain nameless--just don't understand the necessity of such things.
Another reason to want it: I may be the person who assembled and/or sold this bike when new. My initials might be on the shop sticker and/or the sales receipt, which I'd bet the guy still has.

3 bikes for sale - $20 each (Everett, WA)
SR Gran Course
https://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/b...081765876.html
To my untrained eye, this Diamondback BMX looks like it should cost way more than $20. Chromed looptail frame, Odyssey pedals, etc. The third bike is a department store BSO.

They don't specify the model, but the Pepperoni fork indicates something higher-end. Anyways, I'm a sucker for this color.

^ We had one. The rear cockpit is really tight for the stoker. I added an old SR MTE seatpost to get setback.

I'm almost positive the Circuit was not Chicago. It might have been Greenville, but I'm not exactly sure if there's any good sourcing on exactly which high-end 80s Schwinn models were Greenville and which were Japanese. (if it has a "made in USA" on it, it was definitely Greenville).
Regardless, those are nice bikes but I'd probably bargain down to $350-ish.
