Guess this applies here, although I sold it bout three years ago. Definitely my best road frameset so far. Swiss-made Condor Courfaivre, R531 tubing, ridiculously light. Swiss-threaded Stronglight BB, French-threaded Stronglight headset (takes 22.0 stem). The manufacturer made motorcycles mostly. Came with SR stem and seatpost and iirc Weinmann 605 brakes. Gipiemme dropouts on both the frame and the forks.
Really regret selling it needless to say...

My Concorde Prelude that should be built from SL tubing, but is instead built from PRX (which according to the info I have found, Concorde never used).

If what the other owner of a PRX labeled Concorde said is correct, it may be more special than you know... Claim on the other is that it was made by Giovanni Pelizzoli. Might want to do a little research. I've never seen inside a PRX frame.

Can you remember if that other owner posted on here.
I have done quite a bit of googling and had not found any info about PRX Concordes.

In fact, I have not found many PRX frames at all.

Ive never seen another like this. Steers from the front or back. I painted this for a very good friend of mine. He did the total restoration.

technically not a bike

Actually, its two tandems that rides on water. I built it and raced it in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Held course records in all three states. I sold it, and it is probably at the bottom of Lake Lewisville in Dallas right now. I don't know for sure.

I can be pretty sure that no one else has one of these.

Bothers me that illustrations of kittens are many. If I could figure out cloud transfer and re-linking, I might volunteer.

A person named Hilary Stone might know who built it; I don't know but that he'd be paid to tell.

Viner was an Italian marque imported by Gus Betat in New Orleans:

Attractive and sharp looking ride. The company closed its doors in 2013, later reopened under new ownership (apparently 2014/15 by UK company Planet X), having sourced Asian made carbon frames from their own design. But they kept the spirit alive with an Italian made steel frame named Record.

2015 Viner Record offered by Planet X

Its challenging to pin down exact models of the prior era Viner and as mentioned above, the US importer Gus Betat and Son has long been gone, no salvaged records, etc.. However you might spot a few in these archives and pictures of the NOBC.

From the few cues, your bike appears mid 80's. What type of Columbus tubing does the decal indicate?

I originally thought to having a very late 70s frame -Record Racing but learned its from the mid 1980s. Lugged with Columbus SL main tubes, Falck tubing for the stays, the seat stays are biconical shaped. The rear is widened to 134mm and fitted with a symmetric laced rear wheel. A weird aero idea. Also was updated (now dated..) 8 speed Campy Chorus w/ Ergo levers.

Rides on Vittoria Oscar-X 21mm width clinchers. Surprisingly is not that harsh, it delivers that quick 'feel'. I really, really like, it often gets comps by others on modern bikes. I grab it for Thurs night shootout rides as I'm more into vintage but do occasionally call for dual control convenient riding in the pack.

Of note, when first built, the stem length and fork combo made it unstable to very scary at speed. I thought it was the frame rear, double checked alignment but turns out, the Bianchi made (sourced) fork was stupid whippy, and I used a slight longer stem to plant a bit more forward transfer.

It’s cromor tubing stays and fork. Slotted bottom bracket and no cutouts in the lugs. No serial number, but 59 stamped in the bottom bracket.
