It's really important to file a police report to get this person on the police radar, so to speak. That way if they're involved in another incident, police will have a pattern to work off of.

Buses - are the worst! City bus, or school bus - they just can't get it thru their head that I am moving fast. They pass, and pull in before they are clear!

I played leap frog with a bus once. When I realized this wasn't going to end, I just followed and caught up with it at the next stop. An advantage is that cars no longer try to bully or squeeze by you. They change lanes properly and pass the both of you.
