I saw a real taillight on the WNBR last year. A standard flashing taillight located dead center, several inches below the naked rider's waist, exactly where a tail would be. (Actually clipped onto a flesh colored thong but at night,the thong was invisible.)

When you see the actual size of this light (1.5" dia.), it's less than meaningless.
