Gloves recommendation
I have a pair of poc full fingered mountain bike gloves. They’re nice but they can get warm for some of my warmer long ride. And I would like a little more padding. Not crazy thick padding though.
any recommendations?

Really well made, has padding.
Easy on/off and you will throw them out due to perpetual stink even after washing before they will wear out or break apart.

I love Giro gloves and have a few pairs. I have a pair of the Monaco II Gel, Strade Dure SG, and the new Supernatural.
Out of the three the Supernatural fit the best but are by far the hardest to remove after a ride so on anything less than 30 miles I usually wear the Strada Dure SG.
I like a glove that fits well and doesn't slide around on my hand. Padding is good, but not too much...in fact as my riding position improved and I put less weight on the bars I like less padding than I used to.

Castelli Arenberg 2 have been working great for me. They are not as thickly padded as my older ones but they work better in terms of keeping hands from going numb. Arenberg is a gnarly chunk of the Paris-Roubaix race, these gloves were designed to handle bumps.

I wear thin full finger gloves by HandUp but i wrap my bars with nice cushioned tape and have moved to a bar that has flatter sections for the hands.
