Anyone recognize these lugs?
I don't see any markings in the dropouts. Really faint serial number (short number) on the underside of the he bb shell. English threaded bb. 27.0 seatpost. No fork.
Any guesses?

I just ID'd some similar as "Prugnat ? with windows" but I think I was mistaken. Now I think these are Bocama (BCM) Competition. But seeing Bulgie's comment below, I correct my correction! With the rest of the details I have no idea what the make is, could be dozens but it's double-butted Imperial tubing like 531, Columbus SL or Vitus and with Brit BB threading more likely 531. The mitering inside the BB shell is pretty well done!

To see them at their finest, feast your eyes on this Brian Chapman from a few years ago, a stunner.
They don't get used much anymore, like in the last 40 years, 'cuz framebuilders nowadays are all lazy!

The cut out reminds me of Losa with a slightly exaggerated V shape but as a BSA bike, most certainly not.

My Bob Jackson w/ Reynolds 753 is lugged identically. Anyway would be of interest to know the lug manufacturer too..

have not before seen this seat stay bridge with the hexagonal front
appears framebuilder may have brazed a hex nut to the front of a stock bridge from someone such as Haden
we certainly appear to be in the UK here
this bridge detail might be a helpful clue in determining a specific maker
perchance one of our framebuilder members or @MauriceMoss may have seen it previously...

To be more clear, I'm trying to identify the frame builder here, not just the lugs.

Someone on Facebook suggested Eisentraut, and I don't think they're correct but it is the closest seatstay cap match so far:
Brake bridge looks different, but I guess we can consider some American builders as well.

Interesting, I've only ever seen the fastback seat stays on Bob Jackson frames. I think Bob Jackson made a lot of the Eisentraut Limiteds, so makes sense it would match above.
What seatpost does this take? And what does the serial number look like?
