Did you use the indoor trainer today?

That's where I am. It used to be that rain was a deal breaker for me - now it isn't a big deal. Just ride indoors instead.

Track cycle:1 hour last night on C-Force trainer. Trained all winter this way till late February breakdown to powder coat. Then march weather slowed the process until last weak the cycle returned freshly powder coated.

30 minutes of zone 1 on my rollers, Stoker on her trainer. Recovery ride following yesterday's hard group ride on the tandem. Then 3 sets of 20 one-legged knee bends alternating with push-ups. Feels good, just the thing.

72F at start and 85F some 6 hours later with winds 12/15mph and 100.1 miles done. No INDOOR trainer needed.

Nice weather here too, but doing specific stuff. The two of us did muscle tension intervals on rollers and trainer. Only an hour but that cooked our legs pretty well.

95f weather & high humidity along with some minor back pain made the indoor trainer the best option today.
