Yes, if it's just a matter of reshaping it, that's pretty easy to do. If the leather has actually shrunk, you will end up with more of a V-shape than the classic Y-shape that it started out with. Getting the leather really soaking wet, and then drying it again, will usually make the leather harder, after which I don't think it can be softened again... though there is probably a lot of wizardry I have yet to learn on this subject.

I can tell you what to do; or if you want me to do it, bring it tomorrow and I'll return it at the DC 1200.

When I first saw your question I started a reply to the effect "I think it's good " but then I remembered the rear brake wouldn't release because the mechanic who trued the wheel in Wind Gap didn't check the dish of the wheel, and now it was off by several millimeters. So I went and fixed that. This led to a cascade of further adjustments, changing the brake levers along the way, and now I'm cautiously optimistic. Time for a little test ride...
