Uses of Front Dahon Screw Holes

Hi,

So apart from a truss, what other uses do you folks use those front screw holes on a Dahon? I was thinking about a bottle cage, but the reflector is in the way. I was wondering if anyone has "hacked" those hole to somehow pop some cheap basket on there in some way.

Those trusses from Thor and wherever are nice, but they're not cheap. I feel like there must be some way to just screw in something simple to give the bike a bit more carrying power.

You think correctly.
the first hack is to put a botlecage and dissasamble the reflector on front.
but the trur hack that on these hole is to adapt a brompton bags on it.

Thor not only has the Tern truss, but a Dahon thingy which mates to some branded bags, rack and basket. The problem with really cheap weight bearing things is what happens if/when something bad happens. Not an area I like to scrimp on myself.
