okay. Crisis averted. Enough people complained that I he caved and is going to let the morning categories (mens 1/2, 3, and womens 1/2/3, masters?) do it on tt bikes while the lower cats have to do merckx. I feel this is a good balance, but still think tting is become a lost art. Some of my buddies from WA were complaining on that post that if they get rid of the tt at this stage race, there will only be two events left for full gear tts on the calendar. That sucks..
Then roam around on the mountain bike for a few days afterward.
