Although not that but I did have another 'Waterproof' item from Rockbros (gloves) and although they stated waterproof, they aren't really, more like water 'resistant'... for a few minutes.
I think that's the same bag from Amazon with some reviews

The amazon reviews reflect my impression of the "RockBros" brand - premium cheap chinese ebay stuff. I have Rockbros overshoes. Good value for money and some nice features, but after 2.5 winters, they are falling apart. Too bad, because I like the design (fit and thickness) of them.
It is better than the chinese ebay stuff you get as first hit when you sort by price (ascending), but quite a bit below standard LBS product range quality.

I bought Ortlieb,
now a lot of companies find they want a slice of the market segment they created..
A lot of Ortlieb bag buyers on the Pacific coast route, touring every summer..
I use mine a lot for groceries , bag comes off , goes into the cart, comes back out full of food & I ride home..

I don't have those RockBros bags. I have amassed a fair collection. My rankings:
1) Arkel
2) Ortleib
3) Thule
4) Timbuk2 (however, I've had them back multiple times for repairs to the suboptimal mounting hw; but the bags themselves are great...)
5) RockBros
Arkel has the best mounting (better than Ortlieb). My sole Arkel bag to date is the backpack pannier, so not a perfect test of their best waterproofing (those are the dolphin bags). If I had to do it all over again, I'd just buy the Arkels. I've got 4 Ortliebs all well made, notas solid as Arkel but perfectly servicable. The Thules work best on only a subset of racks that the Ortliebs and Arkel's work with. The "commuter" version has fancy rotating mounting bits, which makes it easier to carry the pannier. However, others have reported that rotating unit breaks. I haven't experienced that. However, the bags aren't as good as Ortlieb and Arkel, and there isn't a good "latch" at the bottom (Thule expects you to use their rack, with powerful magnets at the bottom). The Timbuk2's are good bags; but every possible way for the mounting bits to break has happened at least once. I admire their standing behind the product and multiple repairs. But one does worry about putting valuable stuff when the pannier can fly off ... admittedly, I'm a hard user ... ride daily (all winter), ebike so relatively high speed (20+mph) and sometimes major potholes.
The Rockbro's bags don't mount as well as any of the others, aren't as waterproof, and the zippers (for the bags with zippers) aren't as sound. However, they are inexpensive and good value for the $ so have a reasonable place in my ensemble.
geek.wish.com has got killer prices on Rockbros (and many other lesser brands). Good value for the money; but not what I trust my work materials to.

Thank you for all inputs.
I am not a hard core commuter - will do only some days of the week because have to drop or pick up child, And not much fan of biking on rain (light rain is ok).
And looking for some short touring when weather is nice out there.
For the bang and mixed comments on Amazon, RockBros seems an ok panniers for what I am looking for.

Fair enough, you might check out geek.wish.com ... there are a variety of Rockbros panniers (and other brands) some are larger, or differently shaped ... variations in mounting hw...
https://geek.wish.com/search/pannier...aeab41117ea345
https://geek.wish.com/search/pannier...98ab1de4536c1c
shipping takes longer (typically direct from china or other asian warehouses).
Most of the Rockbros things I've ordered have been good value for the money.

https://geek.wish.com/search/pannier...98d968b05417be Rockbros closest clone of Ortlieb mounting (QL2.1 style sorta).

Got the panniers and did my first trip (about 10 miles) on paved trail and some road.
The mounting doesn't look that sturdy but is good enough for the load (light) I have in them.
Quite easy to mount un-mount from rack - the bottom mount (like a H) slides to V of the rack and the upper part just clicks in. No need to adjust any of the mounting
Will update after good miles.

I got two Rockbros paniers for xmas, one of the top clips broke off before I could even take them out on the road. Seriously.
The top clip design is a knock-off of Arkel with a pull-handle to open the claws, although much less sturdy. And EVERYTHING is plastic, with rivets to hold stuff in place.
Nothing replaceable or repairable. I am quite disappointed with these bags. I should have done more research.
