I did my first outdoor FTP test this morning.

Used the pre-programed test in my Garmin. 2.57 W/kg. Used the cycling club TT course.

I bet Strava would if you have premium. Just asking because 163 does seem a little low, especially if you've seen over 190. I think my max HR is about 185 these days and I know from max effort race experience that my anaerobic threshold is at about 172 bpm. YMMV, of course.

Our taxes are paying for the non-work of a Mexican guy on this side of the non-existent wall? I'm getting woozy.

You need a chart like this one. A heart rate frequency chart. For most people there is a dramatic drop off in the heart rate frequency at a certain bpm and that is the persons LTHR. I only suggested Training Peaks because that's the online version of WKO+ and WKO+ displays data this way.
Or just ride a test.
Or just ride a test.
Edit: for clarification, strava premium gives you this but only as precise as zones. You can add as many zones as you want to stravistix to get that chart.
Edit2: Nah, you can only add 10 zones there.
Edit3: Well, the step down assumption doesn't work for me anyways. I always step down at 90% max anyways based on doc orders, it has nothing to do with me being at threshold or not. All I know is that my threshold is higher than what my doc will let me do.

I saw high-170s yesterday and I thought that I might cough up my heart.

One of our cats woke us up this morning by nearly puking on my wife's pillow. I was quick enough to move him to the floor. I found several small piles spread throughout the apartment. It was a real treat.
Went about our normal morning routine, fed the cats, ironed my clothes, fed ourselves, watched some TV, etc... Of course I was comforting poor old OJ as I watched TV.
As I was about to leave the house he let loose again. Kitchen floor (yay!), dining room carpet, hallway, and on my wife's shoes. Why must they move around so much! Anyway, pile 2 had what appeared to be a good sized piece of yarn or a shoelace in it. I don't know what it was or where it came from (he's an indoor cat). Hopefully that is the end of it.
Freaking disgusting... He's lucky he's cute.

I'm not seeing it in stravistix anywhere. I only see it there for HR zones, not bpm. Do I need to edit my settings or something?

Our longhaired cat coughs up hairballs probably once every 2 days, maybe more. The trick is finding them. We keep our bedroom door closed, but in the event that one of us leaves it cracked she pulls the door open and manages to deposit her little treasures under our bed where they are almost impossible to reach without moving the whole frame.
She also likes to throw up on each chair of our dining room table in sequence, or on the table if you've left some important mail or dryclean-only sweaters on the tabletop. This is in addition to the 6 pounds of hair she sheds per day. She's such a delight.

Man, that Chicago thing came out of the blue. I had heard rumors he might go to Denver then be traded to Cleveland but the Bulls were nowhere in the mix. I don't think LoP follows basketball except when he has a bracket so he was no help figuring out what had happened and I was in the dark until I heard it on the radio.

From childhood I always did love cats. Once I growed up I owned one, once. Never again. Loved her to death, but after what she did to my rather expensive furniture I've never considered one since.

And Chapeau to Dan's quarter metric century thread. It's a delight. I mention it here because it reminds me of an event coming up here in Texas called the Hotter'n Hell Hundred. It is a cluster of epic proportions. I've been once and had a rear wheel self destruct (new to me used bike, should have inspected the rear spokes behind the cassette) and only got in 60-ish miles.
Anyway, the ride is TOO big. People come from all over the country to get sunburns, ride chipseal, and stare at dead grass. 13,000 freaking people registered last year. The have routes of 25, 50, 75, and 100 miles as well as a 10 and 100K. That's right, a 10K ride. A solid metric dime.
The real problem comes when people who only pull out their bikes 3 times a year line up with the thousands of other people doing the various routes. They try to stage it by distance, expected pace, etc. but there is NO way to control these people. There is also a 100 mile race that leaves before everyone. It's a common occurrence for people to start the route early and a little bit ahead of the start/finish line, so you end up with people plodding along at maybe 15 mph while a genuine road race is having to overtake them. And then they ***** and yell about people riding too fast.
I keep telling myself I should go one year just to do the full route to say that I have been there, done that. I honestly don't think I'll ever go back, though.

This is in the stravistix chrome extension. I get it on all of my strava rides.

If you are purposely decreasing your effort when you get to a certain HR, then also obviously this method does not pertain to you.

Strava does not give you this because you need very narrow HR ranges or it doesn't work. I have explained this many many times here on the Addiction thread. I am done explaining it because it seems that explaining it really has not effect. Instead, I suggest that yall just read the relevant section of Coggans or ride a test or just continue to set your zones wrong. Really I don't care.

1. I'm not talking about Strava, I'm talking about an extension on top of Strava called Stravistix.
2. In Stravistix, you can set 10 zones of any width you want. I set to 5 bpm ranges, just like in the graphic you posted. Since you only get 10 zones, for that tool, you end up losing some on the low end (10 zones x 5 bpm ranges mean you get this graphic over a 50bpm range in total). But I'm sure all it would take is an email to get the 10 zone limit lifted in the next release (which happens ever 2 weeks or so).
3. If you play with Stravistix zones, it doesn't mess up your usual Strava zones, and thus has nothing to do with your training zones at all.
Edit: This is what I'm talking about:
